When you arrive at Miami Dade College Kendall Campus: 


The college campus is Miami Dade College Kendall Campus, 11011 SW 104th St, Miami, FL 33176, when you arrive you  go to room G303. The G stands for gym, which is attached to the large swimming pool that is located in the middle of the campus. If you take the elevator to the third floor it will lead you directly to the G303. 

What to Bring: 

  • A change of clothes

  • Sweatpants, long sleeve shirt or sweater (the studio can be chilly)

  • FOOD & WATER (the cafeteria closes early, so please make sure you have snacks, lots of water and a great meal) 

  • Sneakers 

  • Journal

COVID Preparations  

All participants must take a COVID test 48 - 72 hours prior, and must present a negative test upon arrival.

Must email results to with subject line: [First and Last Name] COVID Test results  

 Masks are recommended in Florida, to keep each other safe, we recommend wearing masks for the entire Cypher. 

COVID Guidelines:

  • Vaccinated or not, mask/face covering are highly recommended all RHU events on and off campus. 

  • Make sure to wash your hands frequently and thoroughly (20 seconds, minimum), especially after contact with surfaces and items in public areas, after eating, coughing, sneezing, or wiping one’s nose

  • Maintain appropriate social distancing at all times on and off-campus

  1. A pack of masks (we recommend changing mask after every class)

  2. Hand sanitizer 

  3. Dry towels

  4. Anti-bacterial fabric spray

  5. Personal lysol, wet wipes etc. 

  6. Bottled water

  7. Individually wrapped snacks

  8. Emergency C and vitamins

  9. Rubbing alcohol 

  10. Food and drinks that eliminate excess mucus

  11. Foods and drinks with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties 

  12. Extra clothing (we recommend changing clothes as often as needed)
